Excursion for exchange students

Dear exchange students,

Tutors for exchange students are organising an excursion for you. It will take place on Saturday, 5th of December. You need to apply to this email, the price is €15. You will find all the information in the attachment.

Usually these trips are very fun and you get to see parts of Slovenia that you would probably not get organised and visit by yourselves. The space is limited to 50 people, so be quick to apply.

The trip is intended for exchange students studying at the Faculty of Arts and their tutors, so if you have friends from other faculties that would like to apply, they will be on the waiting list and if there is any space left, they can come with us.

Antropofest

Dear Sir / Madam,

Let me acquaint you and your institution with a proposal of taking part at the first year of Antropofest, a film festival that focuses mainly on anthropological issues. By all means you can take part at the festival as a spectator however you can participace as a co-organiser of the festival
programme as well. If you, your  colleagues, students or friends have made or cooperated on a film which deals with anthropological or ethnological issues and you would like to share it with the public, you have a brilliant chance to do so at the Antropofest.

Antropofest is organised by students and graduates of Social Anthropology,
Departement of Social Sciences, University of Pardubice. The University
together with the Dobeška Theatre support the festival as its partners. The aim of the Antropofest is to make the experts as well as the public familiar with one of the research tools of socio-anthropology - anthropological film. Based on these  films, life and culture of various human communities and their social groups are researched.

Antropofest stands for an open display of anthropological films. It is aimed at everybody who is interested in above mentioned issues and would like to participate at the event with his/her film. This year the festival focuses on the following topics: social outcast, migration, life in the 21st century and contemporary issues of majorities. Antropofest will take place in The Dobeška Theatre in January 29th and 30th, 2010.

If you find our proposal appealing, do not hesitate to post your films to:
Antropofest Jasná I. 1181/6, Praha 4, 147 00, Czech Republic, Europe.
Deadline is 7/12/2009.

For more information about the programme as well as for terms and conditions of participation go to our websites www.antropofest.cz . If you have any further questions, feel free to share them with us on our email
info@antropofest.cz, or call Adam Spálenský (tel.:00420 733 125 965).

We are looking forward to your films!

For the Antropofest organisational team,
